Your prepaid subscription term begins on the day that you redeem your card (not the day that you purchase it). You can check the expiration date of your MP3 credits by going to Account Status under the My Account menu within the Napster Service.
If you reside in CA, CT, HI, LA, MA, ME, MT, ND, NH, NJ, OH, OK, RI, VT, or WA, and bought or hold a Napster Card with "Card carries its value for 1 year from day of activation" or "Card carries its value for 1 year from date of purchase" or similar language on it, Napster wants you to know that your card will not lose its value over time. Your card will continue to carry its value until it is redeemed. If necessary, residents of such states may contact Napster Customer Support to redeem their cards.

Note: Napster's web service can be accessed from any compatible browser for buying MP3s, streaming music, and managing a Napster library. The Napster software application is free and enables users to burn CDs and transfer MP3s and subscription tracks to any compatible portable device.
